	A standard 15% restock fee applies on all product returns. Gaines Mfg. reserves the right to refuse credit based on the condition of returned merchandise.

Include RGA in return shipment and clearly write the RGA on the outside of the return package. Ship product in the same shipper package using the same filler if possible.
